Soaring Wings Pro is an engagement-delivery platform. The core is a guided ACMF (Accelium Capability Maturity Framework) assessment that scores an organisation across Process / People / Technology / Governance dimensions, with evidence tracked, scoring cascades preserved, and exports built in. The assessment is the spine the engagement compounds on — not a slide.

Eleven industry reference libraries ship in the application — covering banking, telecoms, data management, IT service management, IT operations, end-user computing, cloud, enterprise architecture, governance, and a practitioner Pattern library. Each library is browsable, linked to the Essential Model ontology, and queryable for framework alignment during design phases. The libraries support engagement practitioners running their own work; they are not commercial framework distributions.

Underneath the assessment, every engagement carries a hash-chained coordination-fact ledger — an append-only JSONL journal with SHA-256 chain integrity verifiable on demand. Every state change is recorded; nothing is rewritable after the fact. The ledger is the audit trail that gives consequentiality follow-up something hard to point at when six- and twelve-month reviews surface what the diagnostic missed.

   Built for Apple Silicon and Intel. SwiftData persistence on local disk; nothing leaves the practitioner's machine without explicit export. Engagement data stays under the practitioner's control.

The application carries the methodology's anti-confirmation discipline by giving every diagnostic claim a verifiable place to live — the hash-chained ledger means six- and twelve-month consequentiality reviews can point at what was actually claimed, when, and on what evidence.
